Stay Hydrated

 

Possibly the simplest, but most effective thing you can do to improve the condition of your skin is to drink plenty of water. When you’re well-hydrated, your skin will be plumper, smoother and less prone to dryness and dark circles.

If you add green tea to some of that water, you’ll reap the benefits of its anti-inflammatory properties and its ability to halt the destruction of collagen, for smoother, more youthful looking skin, especially if you drink your green tea iced.

 

Sleep for at Least 7 Hours

 

Beauty sleep isn’t a myth, especially when it comes to the skin. If you can’t beauty budget doesn’t stretch to ulthera skin lifting, try sleeping for at least 7 hours each night to get rid of those problematic eye bags and dark circles instead. Getting enough sleep will also help your skin to repair and regenerate itself for a more flawless look.

 

Exfoliate Regularly

 

Our skin is constantly regenerating, and when this happens, dead skin cells are left on our body, causing the skin to look dull, flaky and dry. To prevent this, it is essential that we exfoliate regularly. Some people find that they need to exfoliate every day, but for others, this is too much and can cause redness. You need to work out your ideal exfoliation rate and stick to it if you want your skin to always look great.

 

Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize Daily

Flawless skin doesn’t just happen, well not for most of us anyway. You have to work at it, and this means cleansing, toning and moisturizing your face twice daily. You don’t have to buy the most expensive products on the market, but you do need to make skin care part of your regular routine is you want to see results.

 

Cleansing helps to get rid of dirt and oil. Which dulls the skin and causes breakouts, toning helps to maintain the skin’s tightness and elasticity and moisturizing keeps it hydrated for the kind of youthful radiance we all want.

 

Exercise

 

Yes, it seems like every beauty related post recommends exercise, but in the case of skin health, at least it really is important. You see if you exercise moderately for at least

30 minutes each day, not only will you sport a natural glow, but any signs of aging visible in the skin will slow down and could even be reversed according to some studies. So, strap on your running shoes and start pounding the pavement right now!

 

Cut Down on Sugar

Last, but by no means least, you should think about cutting down your sugar intake as much as possible because sugar is known to weaken collagen in the skin, making it more likely that you’ll get wrinkles.
